Membership Benefits
The Medical Reform Group was formed in 1979 to act as a voice for socially
concerned physicians and medical students. Non-physicians
are welcome to join as associate or organizational members,
or subscribers.
Membership is open to anyone
who is in agreement with the MRG Statement of Principles.
Members are not identified publicly with the organization
unless they so choose; the privacy of the membership list
is guaranteed by the constitution.
Members are invited to attend
general meetings and steering committee meetings, join
working groups and contribute to MEDICAL REFORM, but doing
so is not a condition of membership.
All categories of membership
include a subscription to the MRG newsletter "Medical
Reform".

By renewing your membership you make sure the MRG is there to speak on
your behalf. Please join all of our members in our
commitment to getting the answers we need. By renewing today,
you will be helping to keep us active and effective. Remember,
the MRG depends on membership fees as our only source of income.
We ask those members who can afford to do so to further assist
us by adding a supporting donation to their regular membership
(we suggest $100 - more would be wonderful). That would allow the
MRG the financial flexibility to focus all its energies on advancing
our vision of more comprehensive health care and supporting more
consistent public education, outreach and joint campaigns with coalitions
